Woodside Orchestra is growing! This year, our orchestra has grown from 19 to 34 students, a 79% increase in just one year!

Your support helped make that growth possible. Last year, we expanded our outreach to local middle schools, introducing more young musicians to the opportunities available at Woodside. We also brought professional sectional coaches into the classroom, giving students more individualized instruction and helping each section grow stronger as an ensemble.

Behind this growth is a dedicated team of parent volunteers. The Woodside Music Boosters is a parent-led, all-volunteer organization that works to give our kids the resources they need to thrive as musicians. This year, we are asking for $395 per student to help cover new instruments, sheet music, sectional coaches, scholarships, and other costs that directly support our students.

Our orchestra nearly doubled because our community invested in its growth. We hope you’ll help us continue that momentum and give even more students the opportunity to discover the joy of playing together in orchestra.
