Words For Woody is a scholarship to raise awareness for mental health and those affected by suicide.
Rob "Woody" Wood was a fun, loving, athletic young man who, despite his outward appearance, battled with mental health issues and unfortunately took his life at a young age. This scholarship is to honor Woody and bring a bright spot -a future goal -to young adults who have been impacted by suicide. Words For Woody is a scholarship to raise awareness for mental health and those affected by suicide.
Open to high school seniors or “13th” year students (under the age of 20) who desire to further their education via traditional college or any trade school. This scholarship requires an essay style submission. Visit jaefoundation.com/words-for-woody for more information
