Words For Woody and Photos for Dee are scholarships designed to raise awareness for mental health and to impact those affected by suicide.

What started as a way to honor loved ones and create space for honest conversations around mental health has become a lifeline for young adults who need hope, purpose and a reason to keep moving forward. These scholarships are designed to give students a voice - whether through writing, video, photography or creative expression - while helping them process how mental health and suicide have impacted their lives. Open to high school seniors or “13th” year students (under the age of 20) who desire to further their education via traditional college or any trade school.
