At The Mended Hearts, Inc., our mission is to inspire hope and improve the quality of life of cardiovascular disease patients and their families through ongoing peer-to-peer support, education, and advocacy. The funds raised through this important event help us keep our international resource center & operations going strong so that our chapters and members get the services and support they need to thrive.

Here's how it works:

The fundraiser will run from September 1 to December 31. We have created an online fundraising page where you can donate, create a team for you or your chapter, join a team, fundraise individually or just donate!
In this online fundraiser, you can create a predesigned fundraising page and customize it for your chapter/group/team/area.
