At The Mended Hearts, Inc. our mission is to inspire hope and improve the quality of life of cardiovascular disease patients and their families through ongoing peer-to-peer support, education, and advocacy. The funds raised through this important event help us keep our international resource center & operations going strong so that our chapters and members get the services and support they need to thrive.

Here's how it works:

The fundraiser will run from September 1 to September 29.
We have created an online fundraising page where you can donate, create a team for you or your chapter, join a team, fundraise individually or just donate!
In this online fundraiser you can create a fundraising page that is already designed, but you can customize it for your chapter/group/team/area.
Raise the most money as an individual, chapter, or group and win this year’s GRAND PRIZE!

Grand Prizes and More!

GRAND PRIZE
- Raise over $500 and be entered in a raffle to win free airline tickets of a value up to $2,000 to the destination of your choosing in the United States. *Restricted to individuals 18+, winner must be located in the US*

CHAPTER/GROUP/TEAM PRIZE
- The group chapter or team who raises the most money will win a free $200 chapter sponsored meeting/party and a virtual cardiac yoga session with one of MHI’s community members certified in cardiac rehab yoga.

HOSPITAL/CARDIAC REHAB CENTER PRIZE
- The hospital, clinical or cardiac rehab center that raises the most money will win a free set of 100 HeartGuides and $250 for a coffee/snacks party to honor your hard work and dedication to the cardiovascular community.

STEP CHALLENGE PRIZE
- The chapters/groups that win our weekly step challenge will receive a spotlight on our national social media channels and a chance to be featured in Heartbeat magazine.
