WHAT: 100-Year Anniversary Celebration of the Wisconsin Section of the PGA

WHY: To celebrate the Wisconsin PGA's past 100 years, and to raise money to support PGA REACH Wisconsin and the different branches it supports -- youth, military, and inclusion. Through programs such as PGA HOPE, PGA Junior League, PGA WORKS and the PGA Junior Foundation Scholarship Program, we are able to impact lives everywhere through the game of golf.

PGA HOPE: The flagship military program of PGA REACH, that introduces golf to Veterans with disabilities to enhance their physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being. This program introduces the game of golf through a 6-8 week developmental curriculum taught by PGA Professionals who are trained in adaptive golf and military cultural competency. PGA Junior League: PGA Junior League brings family and friends together around fun, team golf experiences with expert coaching from PGA and LPGA Professionals. The goal of this program is to be accessible to all kids interested in golf ages 7-17. PGA WORKS: PGA WORKS is a strategic initiative designed to diversify the golf industry's workforce. PGA WORKS leverages fellowships, scholarships, career exploration events, and the PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship to inspire and engage talent from diverse backgrounds to pursue key employment positions across the golf industry. Scholarships: The Wisconsin Junior Foundation Scholarship Program distributed $40,000 in 2021. Since its inception, it has provided students with $300,000 to help them achieve their academic goals. HOW: WPGA Members will complete 100 holes over the span of 100 days at golf courses all throughout Wisconsin. This will take place from May 2nd-- August 9th.
