St Pete Pride is Florida's Largest LGBTQIA+ Pride Celebration, committed to creating safe, inclusive, and representative events across the month of June. Since 2021 we have expanded our programming to offer over 10 unique Pride events for the local LGBTQIA+ community in June.

What you may not know is that putting on large scale Pride celebrations costs a significant amount of money. And like all of you, we have felt the strain of the current financial situation, increasing costs, and while we can’t be certain of the reasoning, corporate funders who had previously supported the crucial work of LGBTQIA+ organizations like ours have now significantly scaled back their support. To be transparent, this couldn’t be happening at a more difficult time—financial resources are more scarce than ever, all while we’re trying to survive repeated discriminatory legislation targeting our community.

St Pete Pride is committed to continuing the legacy of visibility, representation, and inclusivity that we, and our entire community, has fought so hard to create. Together, we can make a difference. Every dollar donated goes back into St Pete Pride events keeping our major events free and accessible to the public. If every attendee donated just a dollar, we would exceed our goal, and there will be options for you to give that dollar at all our events.

In 2023 St Pete Pride events had a total economic impact of $60.7 million with a direct spend of over $34 million, helping to significantly stimulate the economy during a slow tourist season.
St Pete Pride gives back over $20,000 a year to local community organizations through our Community Grants Program. Our top recipient has received over $20,000 in funds since 2022.
Over 80% of annual organizaton spending stays in the Florida economy for things like fencing, performer fees, security services, and tent rentals.
2023 was the most diversely attended Pride in organization history, representative of the Pinellas County community at large.
St Pete Pride has donated almost $70,000 worth of event space and marketing opportuities to locally owned and operated LGBTQIA+ nonprofits and small buisnesses through our free and reduced cost partipations options.
