Why Are Families Asked to Contribute Towards Team Fees?

The girls track team has expenses throughout the season that are not covered by the school athletic budget. The Booster Club helps manage these additional expenses so the team can provide opportunities and support that enhance the players' experience throughout the season.

Family contributions will primarily help support:

Team meals
Meet-day needs
Team bonding activities
Team celebrations and other player-focused expenses

Rather than asking families to personally cover the full cost of these activities as they arise, the goal is to combine family contributions + team fundraising to support the season.

All funds collected for Girls Track are maintained by the W.T. White Athletics Booster Club as Girls Track designated funds and are used to support the program and its student-athletes.
