Intro to Qi Gong:

Join us for this experiential dive into an ancient Chinese energy practice called Qi Gong. Qi Gong is a slow-moving form of meditation, which uses graceful movements and controlled breathing to strengthen the mind/body connection, reduce stress, enhance immunities and circulation, increasing overall health. Qi Gong cultivates harmony of the body and mind and can be done anywhere, anytime.
