Children 1st is a human services nonprofit organization that serves children and youth ages 0 to 21, with locations in Columbus, GA; Warner Robins; and Atlanta, GA. Currently, Children 1st provides foster homes and supportive services for neglected and abused children referred by the Department of Family and Children Services. We have since grown to include Summer Tech Camp, an enrichment program that teaches youth to use technology by creating apps, learning robotics, and incorporating healthy movement, such as dance, boxing, and basketball.

Throughout our 11-year history, Children 1st has accomplished:

Provided loving homes to over 1000 children and youth
Provided summer tech camp scholarships for over 120 youth in Georgia
Provided over 8,200 hours of training to current and potential foster parents
Facilitated over 300 permanency plans, which concluded in adoption, guardianship, or reunification with a relative.
Covered tuition for over 100 students and donated over 500 school supplies for students in Nigeria
