Well-Being Partnership Members

We have a very exciting opportunity to share with you. We are partnering with Haywood Mall to host a community connection event on Saturday, Aug 2^nd. We have secured 60 tables that will be in the center of Haywood Mall. The Saturday of tax-free weekend is the 2^nd busiest shopping day of the year and tens of thousands of people will visit Haywood Mall on Sat, Aug 2^nd.

This is a great opportunity for your organization to connect with community members and promote your mission. The WBP will furnish tables and a black table drape. We encourage you to spice up your table to attract attention and promote connection. Two things are not permitted. NO Balloons and NO stickers.

All you need to do is register, then staff your table on Aug 2^nd. The event will run from 10am to 6pm; we ask that you staff your table for the whole event.

Registration is only $50 for Well-Being Partnership Members and $150 for non-members.

For participating organizations, we will provide more details (set-up, locations…) in the coming days.

We have 60 spots, and we expect huge interest so please register quickly to reserve your place.
