The new year is a chance to pause, reflect, and dream about what’s possible. In this session, we’ll explore what feels meaningful to you, create gentle intentions for the months ahead, and connect with what truly matters.

What You Can Expect:

- A nurturing space to reconnect with yourself and embrace the season's energy.
- Guided reflection to reflect on your personal journey and intentions for the season.
- Community connection to share experiences or simply be present with others on the journey. Participation in sharing is entirely optional, and all forms of engagement are welcome.
- Restorative stillness practice to honor your body's need for rest and reflection.

What to bring:

To help ground yourself during the workshop, please bring an item that feels comforting to you. It could be a soft blanket, a pillow, a smooth stone, or anything with a texture you enjoy. We’ll use this item during our sensory grounding exercise, inviting you to connect with the present moment by feeling its texture and noticing how it supports your sense of calm and relaxation.

Who is this space for?: This space is created for those who identify as black or brown women. While everyone needs spaces for rest, this particular support is crafted for black and brown women. Please note that this is NOT a space for allies.

Cost: We believe that access to wellness should not be a barrier. To ensure inclusivity, we offer these circles on a sliding scale of pay what you can. We understand that financial circumstances vary, and our aim is to make these rejuvenating experiences accessible to all.
