Our family came to Northern New Mexico about 7 years ago from South Louisiana.

We are often asked "What do you miss the most?" While we LOVE living in New Mexico, of course, WE MISS THE FOOD!

Lucky for us, we have a young chef in the family!

Wyatt Foytlin is a young man on a mission to bring Cajun and Creole food to the masses, via food truck.

The cost of the truck is $53,000 and we need at least 10 percent to secure the loan, so as a family we are asking for support for our brother/son.

We have found a location on a popular travel route near where we live along the Continental Divide. We have secured a way to transport, and planned the menu, all we need now is THE TRUCK.

We hope that you see this as an opportunity for support a dream that has been in pursuit since Wyatt was 10-yrs-old. It is an investment in a young man who has faced significant health challenges in his life and has prevailed.
