Each year, thanks to your incredible generosity, we are able to provide every member of our faculty with an end-of-year bonus. As we reflect on all we’re grateful for this season, we invite you to consider making a donation to the 2025 Faculty Bonus Fund. This is a wonderful opportunity to honor the thoughtful, dedicated care our teachers and staff provide our children all year long.

Last year, 97 families donated more than $30,000 to the bonus fund in recognition of the hard work of Small Faces teachers and the exceptional dedication, care, and support they provide to our children every single day. This year, our goal is 100% participation—at any level. Every contribution truly matters. In past years, gifts have ranged from $10 to $1,000, and some families have even donated a “13th month of tuition.” We encourage you to give in whatever way is meaningful for your family. And if your employer offers matching gifts, your impact can go even further!
