When parents are empowered in their role with support, tangible skills and mental healthcare for themselves, families can thrive.

In February 2022 One More Moment came to be when Nicole became connected to her purpose through a struggle, that of trying to parent a suicidal teen, who had suffered trauma and was self destructing before her eyes

As a parent in this situation she felt terrified, helpless, alone, underutilized as a resource and ill equipped to help her, and to help herself.

It became obvious that there was a gap in services to be filled, that of nurturing parents, especially when our role becomes more complex

After her experience, Nicole decided to try to fill that gap:

by making herself available weekly to love and support other struggling parents in the form of a support group, and that is how one more moment was born.

In just under 3 years OMM has morphed into an organization that empowers parents, grandparents and guardians of children of all ages with love, support, skills and mental health care for themselves

At One More Moment we meet parents where they are on their journey, accept them as they are, without judgment, love them and equip them with support, skills and mental health care.

We offer a safe space for parents to heal and grow so that we can be equipped to influence our kids and transform our families for generations to come.

In 2022 , during our first 11 months of existence we were connected with 44 parents/families.

In 2023 we have empowered and supported over 270 parents with our free services.

In 2024, we have been connected with over 700 parents from across the nation!
