Over the past fourteen years, the Circle of Change Leadership has not only impacted the lives of 10,000 plus culturally diverse and first generation college students across the nation from 100 different colleges and universities, but we have provided more than $25,000 in scholarships to deserving college students who have a desire to make a positive impact in the world.

In addition to the scholarships that are awarded each year to students, we host a national leadership conference in Los Angeles, California each Fall and a national First Generation Student Career Conference in Miami, Florida each Spring that provides students with the leadership, career, and professional development needed to position them for career success in college and beyond.

Thankfully, students who have attended these conferences over the past fourteen years have not only attained internships and jobs from some of the top companies and organizations in the world, but they have been greatly impacted and transformed by the programs that we have been able to offer them each year.

With a need for more effective career and leadership development programs for culturally diverse and first generation students, the Circle of Change Leadership Experience is asking for donations this year so that we can reach more students, provide more programming, and make a greater impact in the lives of college students who are in need of leadership, career, and professional development programs that will position them for career success in college and beyond.
