This invite-only event is part of our National Mentoring Month campaign, where we are reimagining what it means to empower young people as leaders today. This dynamic event brings together a select group of leaders, supporters, and changemakers to help shape the future of YAS. Through small breakout sessions on succession planning, fund development, program visioning, and integrating AI, you’ll share ideas, spark solutions, and connect with other innovators. Together, we’ll brainstorm bold strategies while building the next chapter of youth leadership and impact.

About The Event:

Through small-group discussions, we’ll engage a select group of stakeholders – leaders, funders, and community champions – to:
- Share expertise on critical organizational priorities
- Provide fresh, outside perspectives on challenges and opportunities
- Help shape the vision for YAS as we scale programs and impact
Each participant will select one of four interactive breakout sessions: Succession Planning, Fund Development, Program Visioning, or Integrating AI. In these sessions, we’ll workshop the topic you choose in smaller rooms, diving into real challenges and strategies. We’ll send pre-work a week in advance so everyone can review key items and jump straight into meaningful conversation. These conversations will directly inform how YAS grows in the next chapter, and your insights will help us build an even stronger foundation for youth leadership. We can't wait to show you what we're thinking for our new strategic plan!
