In honor of Yoga For All Movement Day (declared by the city of Santa Cruz!) and our 9th birthday, we are thrilled to offer the community a FREE day of yoga and mindfulness for all! Join us for the first annual Yoga For All Day in Downtown Santa Cruz!

The event will take place on Saturday, October 11th from 12 to 4 PM on Pacific Avenue at Cooper Street. There will be free accessible yoga and meditation, a sound bath, live music, and mindfulness activities for the whole family. All are invited to attend! Please help us spread the word by sharing far and wide!

Whether you can join us in person or not, help us celebrate nine years of providing yoga classes that center vulnerable populations that historically have not been served or included by the wellness industry. This includes:

adults and youth experiencing incarceration
individuals in recovery from substance abuse
youth in schools
survivors of domestic violence
isolated seniors
people with mental health needs
the LGBTQIA+ community
people with lower incomes
+ other underserved members of our beloved Santa Cruz County

Yoga for All Day is free—and it's our joy to serve the community. In conjunction with this free celebration, we are asking for your donation to help us carry on our mission to make the healing practices of yoga and mindfulness accessible to vulnerable populations, those who have historically not been served by the wellness industry.

In 2024, we taught 830 classes to 4,383 students of all ages experiencing incarceration, experiencing houselessness, with mental health challenges, in recovery from substance misuse, and more. With our goal of $20,000, we can offer an additional 200 classes to 2,600 more students.

Your donation is tax deductible and goes directly to making these empowering, healing classes available to the most marginalized and vulnerable in our community.

Here's what your donation could fund:

YOGA FOR ALL SUPPORTER: $35 funds one of our weekly community classes, which are open to the public (no one turned away for lack of funds), and stipend for one of our trauma-informed teachers
EQUITY FOR ALL SUPPORTER: $150 funds a specialized training workshop for our teachers to equip them with trauma-informed skills
ACCESS FOR ALL SUPPORTER: $300 funds a half-day mindfulness workshop for staff and caregivers working with the vulnerable populations we serve
