WELCOME

WeGood is a WalkGood program that offers free/donation-based classes 6 times a week, ranging from meditation to vinyasa and yin yoga.

Yinergy is a 1-hour class held weekly at The WalkGood Yard, on Thursdays from 9AM-10AM with instructor Lea Hunsinger. Find harmony in this unique combination of half vinyasa and half yin yoga, providing both energy and relaxation. Yin is designed to work into the fascia, which is the connective tissue of the body. Holding simpler poses for longer duration is designed to release tight joints and improve range of motion. Vinyasa yoga incorporates breath to movement. All ages and levels are welcome. Yoga is not about the poses but your engagement with those around you and the world. Be present, and everything will fall in line.

WHAT TO BRING

We recommend you bring a Yoga Mat and wear comfortable clothing. Additional accessories, such as blocks and bolsters, are provided. If you use any accessories, we ask that you clean it after class. Bring water; we have a water refill station at the studio and offer complimentary Propel water (electrolyte, flavored water). If you do not have a yoga mat, you may borrow one for the duration of the class!

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Check-in will take place at the green desk upon entry. We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before class begins, and to also account for finding parking if you are driving. It is street parking only. Do not park in any back lots or parking lots. Entry to the class is not allowed 5 minutes past the start time of your class.

If it's your first time here, the WalkGood team will be able to give you a tour of the space and get you settled. Introduce yourself to the teacher and let them know if you have any pre-existing injuries, conditions or modifications required.

The practice room is a special space, and we kindly ask that you respect the space and others around you before, during, and after the class.

Please review our studio policy here Space in class is determined on a first-come, first-served basis. See you at The WalkGood Yard!
