Our Story

In 2024, we said "no" to over 5,800 passionate young voices. In 2025, with your help, we'll say "yes" to them all.

At the Institute for Youth in Policy, we've achieved incredible things. Our fellows have gone on to work at NATO, major consulting firms, and leading policy institutions. In the last year alone, published our 800+ page curriculum and been at six civics research conferences, we've publicized over 65 policy briefs, hosted 6 fellowship cohorts of 75+ fellows each, and reached 10 million people with our content.

But here's the thing - we've been exclusive when we need to be inclusive. Our programs currently accept less than 8% of applicants. That's not because we want to be selective – it's because we haven't had the resources to scale.

Today, we're changing that.
