Come stretch with us on the first and third Thursdays of every month!

Join us for bimonthly Community Yoga at Treetops! Some classes are for women ages 12+ only so please be sure to review the schedule before registering. Beginners welcome, but this type of yoga is not suitable for pregnant women. We have some yoga mats, but if you have your own please bring it! The classes are free, but a small donation to Treetops is appreciated. Please RSVP so we can manage space capacity.

Relax, Release, and Regulate Yoga Class

Join us for a rejuvenating experience with the Relax, Release, and Regulate Yoga Class, designed to guide you on a journey of deep relaxation, tension release, and emotional regulation. This unique class incorporates gentle yoga postures, breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and a restorative sound bath to help alleviate stress and create a profound sense of balance and well-being.

Whether you're a seasoned yoga enthusiast or new to the practice, this class is open to everyone of all ages and skill levels (Morning yoga only for women, Evening Yoga open to anyone).

Our goal is to leave you feeling centered, grounded, and empowered, equipped with the tools to carry calmness and resilience into your daily life.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A focus on the three "R"s: Release, Regulate, and Relax.
Physical postures to promote flexibility, relieve tension, and alleviate pain.
Guided mindfulness and breathwork to reduce stress and anxiety.
A soothing sound bath session to clear energetic blocks, improve mood, and enhance health.
