As the founder and driving force behind N'Route Help Heal Organization, I am a passionate advocate for education and a tireless champion of literacy. With a profound belief in the transformative power of knowledge, I am dedicated to uplifting underserved communities and empowering generations of learners.

N'Route Help Heal Organization Inc.'s mission is a deep-rooted belief in the power of literacy to transform lives and communities. Literacy is not merely a skill, but a gateway to personal growth, economic empowerment, and social mobility. With this conviction, I have spearheaded N'Route Help Heal Organization's flagship program, You Can Read!, to impact countless students and families through its comprehensive literacy initiatives.

As a single mother of 3, all of which are a product of the local school district, I have witnessed firsthand the lack of support for children who were not reaching grade-level reading proficiency. Statistics proved that children, especially those of color were 2-3 grade levels behind in literacy. At that point, it became my mission to help close the achievement gap and attack the problem head-on, hence the birth of You Can Read! You Can Read is our literacy intervention learning program for students K-5. You Can Read utilizes an engaging, adaptive digital curriculum to improve reading fundamentals, phonics, comprehension, writing, and critical thinking.

With my unwavering dedication, strategic insight, and compassionate leadership, I am inspired to become a beacon of hope and inspiration for those marginalized by illiteracy.
