CWW's Essentials Program: Creating Successful Placements

CWW provides items needed for successful placements of youth into foster homes and kinship care, as well as reunification, through our Essentials Program. Many of these requests are for bedding (mattresses and frames), providing critical comfort and sleep support for youth as they navigate care.

We are asking for your help in raising funds to support this program. As children return to school, we see a surge in relocation due to an increase in cases. In August alone, we have spent over $2,300 to fill over 4 times the number of requests we received in July.

You can provide bedding to children in Hampton Roads foster care with your $25, $50, or $100 gift today. Please consider foster children in our region today and help us provide bedding to those in need!
