Lighthouse Ranch fills a long-missing and critical gap in our local behavioral health continuum.

Today, teens in our community experiencing suicidal ideation, substance abuse, or acute behavioral health crises have no local residential or inpatient options. No hospital or facility in the region is equipped to provide sustained, intensive care for teens and their families. As a result, kids are either sent home with limited outpatient support or transported hundreds, sometimes thousands, of miles away for treatment, making meaningful family involvement in healing nearly impossible.

Gallatin County simply does not have the capacity to provide the level of trauma-informed care that high-risk youth and families need and deserve. Lighthouse Ranch changes that. It offers a local, compassionate, clinically appropriate solution, right where families live.
