CRF operates with strong fiscal discipline, consistently breaking even on an annual operating basis. Philanthropic investment is what allows us to sustain and strengthen the core of our program. Each year, the capital equipment required to competitively and safely train—boats, oars, ergs, stationary bikes, launches, engines, trucks, and trailers—represents an average annual investment of approximately $250,000.

Equally important, major donor support ensures access. CRF is committed to welcoming students from all schools and all economic backgrounds. To uphold that commitment, we provide approximately $225,000 in scholarships each year so that no student is excluded due to financial need.
