Hi! We are Mon & Steph, Co-Founders of REPS & STEPS for a Cause. Our non-profit strives to empower communities and change lives through fitness events that raise funds, goods, and awareness for other charities. We are passionate about bringing fitness and community together to meet people where they are in their personal journey, give back to our community, and raise awareness for different causes.
