Children in Anagbo come from families that make less than $2 a day. Last year we were able to support over 300 children with school supplies. We were able to see children who have never been in school enter the educational system. Here is the impact:

Students have entered the school system for the first time. Here's one of these students .

22 children have completed primary school and moved to secondary school. Typically less than 5 of them would move on. Many of them are forced to drop out after primary school. This is especially true for girls.
School teachers were able to be more effective in their classrooms because students had the needed materials. They also reported much better behavior and stealing has drastically decreased.
Parents were open to sending their children to school because they had the necessary materials for the entire year (not just partial school supplies).
