This craft fair is in Neenah Wisconsin (we've had multiple out of state registrations on accident in the past)

The St. Gabriel Craft fair has a long standing tradition of being a great venue for a great price! Thank you for your participation as a vendor in our 31th Annual Sale on October 24, 2026 from 9:00am to 2:00 pm (this end time may change pending 2025 survey results from vendors) Each space is approximately 10x6 and includes 2 chairs for $40.

Tables are available for $5 each.

Electric is available for a limited number of spaces for $5.

Only ONE Vendor per company will be allowed to reserve a space. Spaces allotted on a first come, first served basis with receipt of payment. We will issue you a refund if someone has already claimed a business, but please note there are NO refunds in general for this craft fair. When you register it will make you agree to this, so please don't ask for a refund. If you are unable to make it you can message myself and I will fill it in with one of the wait list vendors.

Please select which configuration you'd like from the boxes after you click the register button. If you do not see what you need, please use the "other" box; include the appropriate amount and click "leave a message" to tell us what you need.

If registering prior to January 1, 2026 click the "add promo code" on the "select tickets" screen and enter the code (EARLYBIRD) to get $5 off registration fee. We will not be taking checks or cash and will only be using this registration site for payment and sign up. Please do not pay anyone on Facebook or any other social media sites and don't reply to any comments unless it's from myself or St. Gabriel.

There will be no set up prior to the day of the event but doors will open at 6am on 10/24/26 and there will be some volunteers to help carry in items. Also I would like to add that we estimate 800-1000 shoppers every year so you can plan ahead for a good day of sales. If you've ever been to our sale you know that we always have an awesome raffle basket sale which will continue this year as well. If you'd like to donate anything for the basket raffles, let me know and thank you in advance!

We will have multiple food items/trucks the day of the event and will have students to volunteer to come and take vendor orders and deliver food if you'd like (they accept tips for an upcoming trip). We will continue with a large amount of bakery for sale that parishioners have donated.

You will receive an email from me about 6 weeks prior to the event with some final reminders but I won't be telling you your specific vendor spot number because it sometimes changes the morning of depending on multiple things that may arise. If you really need to know where you are located you can email me and I can give you a preliminary location (I.e. gym, cafeteria, hallway) but not a specific location.
