Casey Moore's Story
In 2000 I sustained a spinal cord injury from diving into shallow water. I wish there would have organizations like this around back then when I was newly injured. Please consider making a donation to support this awesome cause that is near and dear to my heart.
Oregon Spinal Cord Injury Connection is raising money to address the acute needs of newly injured people.
Every year hundreds of Oregonians have a spinal cord injury. YES hundreds! And most health insurance does not cover the basic needs of a spinal cord injury once someone is discharged. Many go without equipment they need, pay out of pocket, or seek donations from friends and family.
Our goal is to ensure that every person with a spinal cord injury has the care and community they need to thrive. With a small monthly donation of $5-10 we are able to support the acute needs of our community.
