Ticket purchaser and anyone to whom a ticket purchaser legally transfers a ticket must be an individual 18 years or older at the time of ticket purchase.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations shall apply to this raffle.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that accurate first name, last name, a valid deliverable mailing address, current email address, and contact phone number are provided. The Poland Schools Foundation for Educational Excellence and its respective board, staff, volunteers, representatives, and members shall have NO liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible tickets or tickets without proper payment received, in which case tickets shall be deemed invalid and shall be immediately disqualified.
Prize amounts will be based off of the total ticket sales. The winners will receive the following: 10% of ticket proceeds to the Runner-up winner and 40% of ticket proceeds to the Grand Prize winner.
By entering the Raffle, the ticket purchaser acknowledges that he or she is aware of, and agrees to abide by, the Official Rules.
The winning ticket will be drawn on October 11, 2024.
Net proceeds benefit the Poland Schools Foundation for Educational Excellence
Tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, October 10, 2024.
Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with cash prize winnings.
Each ticket costs $20, there is no limit on the number of tickets a single individual can purchase.
All purchases of the Poland Schools Foundation for Educational Excellence Raffle are final and non-refundable, and may not be canceled once processed.
