Inside of Araceli is a woman of deep compassion and unwavering Faith, whose life before her diagnosis was marked by acts of kindness and service to others in her professional life as a nurse and in her personal life as a mother and friend. With a heart full of love and passion for cooking she prepared meals to share, turning simple ingredients into nourishing expressions of care. Lead by her strong faith in God, Araceli had devoted many hours to ministering to underprivileged residents in the Tijuana area along side others such as my Mom, Catherine.
