I’m reaching out with something close to my heart.
This September 2025, I will be taking part in the Adirondack Challenge with The Freedom Challenge, a movement that stands boldly in the fight against human trafficking and modern-day slavery. This is more than just a physical challenge — it’s a mission of hope, healing, and justice for women and children around the world who are being exploited.
My family, my church, and I have been walking alongside this incredible organization for over 10 years now. When we first got involved, most people hadn’t even heard the term “human trafficking.” But thanks to the tireless work of The Freedom Challenge and many like-minded organizations, awareness is growing and lives are being changed. It has truly been a blessing to be part of this journey.
To participate in the Adirondack Challenge, every participant is required to raise $5,000 in support of the Freedom Challenge's work — and also personally cover their own travel and expenses. These funds directly support prevention, rescue, restoration, and education programs that are transforming the futures of women and children who have been caught in cycles of abuse and exploitation.
