Winner does not need to be present to win. Prize must be picked up from Family Nurturing Center's Florence office located at 5 Spiral Drive, Suite 100, Florence, KY 41042 by November 1st or prize will be forfeited.

An email receipt of your ticket purchase will be sent to you. Your ticket number(s) will be in the email. You MUST present a physical copy of the email to claim your prize at pickup, no exceptions.
