When our son passed away we were lost. At first, the friends and family were all over ready to lend a hand in our time of crisis. As time went on everyone else went back to their normal lives and we were left trying to pick up the pieces alone. Searching for answers I didn't find much support locally, but came across Eric's House in a web search and decided to reach out. Eric's House has done more for me than any pill that a doctor could prescribe. I can lean on my peers in grief and they can lean on me. We are all learning how to proceed on our journey through grief together and it has been such a blessing. Raising awareness for this great program in hopes that we can reach others who felt lost like we did and become a source of support in healing.
