Thank you for your donation to the Tampa Bay Conservancy for the Heartwood Endowment Fund.

The purpose of the Heartwood Endowment Fund is to provide funds to monitor and uphold the terms of the conservation easement in perpetuity. The conservation easement will ensure that Heartwood Preserve remains a conservation cemetery and that it is managed for its native, natural ecosystems and protected from development in perpetuity. A perpetual conservation easement is legally binding on the current and future owners of the property. Any donation to the Heartwood Endowment Fund will be restricted and used for that purpose only.

As a land conservation trust and a non-profit 501c (3) organization, your donation is tax deductible per the limit of the law. The extent of deductibility is limited to that amount which exceeds the value of any goods or services provided. If the donation is less than that value, the amount is not tax deductible. The donation is fully deductible if you did not receive any goods or services in exchange for this donation. Always check with your tax advisor for deductibility of any donation.
