The Kits Have Arrived — Kits4Kids© ! 🌟

Are you a parent, grandparent, great grandparent, aunt, or uncle? The one thing we can all agree on is we want to protect our kids.

Young people are navigating a world filled with uncertainty- climate change, gun violence, bullying, online harassment, and fears about their future. A report that came out in January states that nearly 75% of kids are experiencing some form of anxiety, fear and depression. At the same time 76% of parents report concerns about their children's mental health.

(According to the UNICEF's 2023 report, Humanitarian Action for Children: "The climate crisis is a child's rights crisis. Climate change is the top driver of humanitarian need and human suffering. These consequences are already being felt by millions of children worldwide."}

Mental health experts agree: empowerment, involvement, and leadership are key to helping young people overcome fear and anxiety.

That’s why we created the Kits4Kids©Safety Go-kit. It’s more than a kit—it’s a symbol of preparedness, confidence, and care. They offer peace of mind and a sense of control in uncertain times.

🤝 What is in the Kits

Our safety and disaster Kits4Kids© get velcroed to the bottom of their everyday backpack that goes to school, the playground and activities. It includes a location tracker, stop-the-bleed bandages, and other safety items. When a disaster strikes the kit comes out of the everyday backpack and into their emergency kit supplying 35-40% of what goes into the emergency kit. Each Kits4Kids© costs $25.00 with discounts for bulk orders.

🤝 Young Voices! Big Impact! Ambassadors

We are launching the initiative with our Kits4Kids Spokesperson campaign in local communities. Kids will submit a 1-minute video about why they want to be the kid spokesperson in their community. Our community partners will vote on a boy and girl to be the Kits4Kids Ambassadors. Now we have an army of kids that want to be involved. We will work with our community partners and the kids to educate the community on how to be more sustainable, better prepared, and resilient. We are providing an element of protection for the kids, giving the parents peace of mind and an avenue to change communities. A WIN! WIN! WIN!

In addition to our the kits for kids, we have training and other things that will help our efforts to educate and support communities. Other go-kits that will be made a available in the future for pets, seniors, and people with disabilities.
