Hello all! I’ve been a Museum Guide with MoChiMu for nearly a year now. When I had my son back at the end of 2023 and returned to the workforce in 2024 I was set on finding an organization that would help me to do work that would make a difference and that would help me shape the community I was going to be raising my son in. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to be with the museum and also watch my son grow and develop. He started with sitting and playing only in Little Rainbows to now being able to walk anywhere he wants throughout the exhibits. It’s been a great experience seeing this in my own son and even that growth in the guests and members who frequent the museum. It’s been such a great journey to be apart of. With the support of donors and from everyone who can contribute from the community and beyond to fundraisers like this one, we are given the opportunity to be able to continue to have our work carry significant meaning and positively contribute towards the enrichment and development of the children who are in our community. I appreciate your time and consideration to help this fundraiser reach its goal or even just helping out with sharing and talking about it . As parent myself I wholeheartedly believe that our community is worth the investment!
