The Rungaitis and DiLeo families know the impact the Ronald McDonald House of Ann Arbor can make. With combined stays of over a year during Roman and Henry's hospitalizations for heart defects, complications and surgeries, we have experienced first hand what a blessing the Ronald house is - and furthermore, their need to expand. During what should have been the most difficult and traumatic times in our lives, we were surrounded by love and community. Both families were first time parents and uprooted from their lives in West Michigan for and undetermined amount of time. The comfort and peace of mind the Ronald house provided during these times is immeasurable. While our babies were being taken care of at Mott, we were taken care of outside of the walls of the hospital so that we could be our best selves for our babes on the mend. The waiting list for the Ronald house is growing everyday and it is up to us to help bridge that gap.
