Rebuilding Hope: a Benefit for Palestinian Equal Rights & Direct Aid

On March 25th, 2021 we streamed a remarkable event online (see Program).

Rebuilding Alliance's 19th Annual Benefit was held on Thursday, March 25th, 2021 in a live-streaming event hosted in California. Hundreds of people joined us to hear from distinguished awardees who received Leadership, Storytelling, Perseverance, and Community Resilience Awards. Dr. Hanan Ashrawi joined us in conversation upon receiving the Parrhesia Award for free, frank, and fearless speech.

Here's our Program

Rebuilding Alliance invites a global audience to provide the critical resources needed to stand up for Palestinian communities throughout the West Bank, Gaza, and East Jerusalem. With the change in the U.S. Administration, we have new wind in our sails. Your generosity and support for RA's mission will advance equal rights for the Palestinian people through education, advocacy, and support that assures Palestinian families the right to a home, schooling, economic security, health & safety, and a promising future.

RA is raising funds for our expanded emergency response efforts in Gaza, in rural Area C of the West Bank, and in East Jerusalem — and for essential advocacy to keep Palestinian schools, homes, and olive trees standing:

Direct Aid including:
- Gaza Emergency Relief Fund: RA team and NGO partners helping families in need;
- Mrs. Najah’s Kitchen: Gaza Emergency Meals;
- Palestine We Care: Covid-19 Relief Trust; and
- Providing medical food to prevent brain damage in PKU Children in Palestine.
Advocacy to:
- Expand our briefing campaigns to the U.S. Embassy and hundreds of Congressional offices to press elected officials to intervene, house by house and neighborhood by neighborhood, to prevent Israel's evictions, demolitions, confiscations and assure access to Palestinian land;
- Establish U.S.-funded Political Risk Insurance to help Palestinian families build homes in Area C and East Jerusalem;
- Extend U.S. medical aid to Palestine to provide for PKU Children and assure equitable distributions of vaccines.
