Claire Doran's Story

Hey everyone! My name is Claire and I'm a sophomore at the University of Georgia studying Economics and Statistics! Last fall, I had the oppurtunity to be a mentor with SWAB. Shop with a Bulldawg(SWAB) is a nonprofit organization run completely by UGA students that partners with children in the Athens-Clarke County school system. In my role as a mentor, I fundraised to help my mentee shop for clothing, toys, and other needs for the Holiday season. I also spent the day engaging in other interactive activities, such as crafts and wrapping presents. It was such a rewarding and fun experience, and I am excited to do it again this year! My goal is to raise $75 for my mentee, and any extra donations will go towards ensuring more mentees can participate in this program in the fall. Thank you so much for your consideration + support!
