The All Things Are Possible Conference was created from the heart of Empower Society 21, Inc. - a mission built on love, advocacy, lived experience, and the belief that individuals with Down syndrome, autism, and other abilities deserve access to opportunities that prepare them for life, confidence, independence, and purpose.

For many families, the question becomes, “What’s next?”

What happens after school?

What happens when our loved one needs more life skills, more support, more encouragement, and more opportunities to grow?

What happens when families are tired, overwhelmed, and searching for a community that understands?

This conference is our answer.

We created a dual-track experience to pour into both the family and the self-advocate, because empowerment must reach the whole family system.

Parents, grandparents, siblings, caregivers, educators, and supporters need encouragement, education, emotional support, advocacy tools, future-planning strategies, resources, renewed hope, and community too.

Self-advocates need spaces where they are seen, heard, celebrated, empowered, and prepared for what is possible in their own lives.

At Empower Society 21, we do not just say All Things Are Possible.
