Due to printing and production deadlines, all sponsorships must be secured by March 29, 2026 to guarantee inclusion across all marketing and printed materials, including race shirts, signage, and event collateral.

Sponsorships confirmed after March 29, 2026 will incur an additional $100 late fee, and inclusion on all marketing and printed materials cannot be guaranteed.
