Join us as we champion Armenia’s resilience, and propel our community-based holistic education, healthcare, social services, and economic development programs in underserved villages across the country.
We are honored to have renowned violinist Ara Malikian and cellist Sevak Avanesyan, as well as special appearances by talented youth from Armenia.
Those of us beyond Armenia’s borders play a crucial role in creating equal opportunity for its future generations. As Armenia and Artsakh remain beset by uncertainty, our aim to foster a promising and peaceful future for our nation remains the focal point of our largest fundraiser of the year.
What started with infrastructure improvements in one village in Armavir province in 2004 has now changed the lives of over 107,000 people across 64 villages in 6 regions of Armenia, with an overall investment of over $70 million. With the support of the diaspora behind us, COAF has a track record of innovating and making the right investments at the right time to dramatically change lives. COAF is an organization you can trust to effectively, judiciously and empathetically find meaningful solutions to the challenges our homeland faces.
With your commitment, the SMART Ecosystem COAF created and the SMART Center we built have spurred great increases in living and working standards in the Lori region. The SMART Ecosystem started with the SMART Center in Debet village (a thriving holistic non-formal education hub and community center), then gradually expanded across the entire Lori region with social enterprises devised to stimulate the local tourism economy and create new job opportunities. The SMART Ecosystem has brought meaningful economic development to communities lacking essential resources and catalyzed job creation, revitalized older infrastructure, established preschool education, and increased access to social work support and medical care.
