BvB Dallas is a nonprofit organization that raises money for Alzheimer's awareness and research. Over the past 12 years, they have raised more than 5 million dollars.  This year's goal is to raise $500,000  which will be donated to 5 awesome local organizations and programs that are pulling out all the stops to find a cure for Alzheimer's as well as providing assistance to patients suffering from this devastating disease, but also their loved ones and caregivers. I am raising money in honor of my late grandma, Donna Jean Christen, who passed away from Dementia in 2020. This is also a way to show my appreciation for those who cared for her.
