The Aquatennial Ambassador Organization is a dynamic development organization that inspires young Minnesota women to achieve extraordinary futures by creating opportunities through work with their communities and AAO.

The Minneapolis Aquatennial Ambassador Organization (AAO) is a Minnesota nonprofit Section 501(c)(3) public charity.

Annually, the AAO hosts approximately 50 young women from across Minnesota who attend Candidate Development Program and experience professional development and networking events, including several professional interviews, public speaking events, and community service projects.

The AAO Community Connector Program connects communities through service and celebration. The AAO team visits over 75 Minnesota communities and half a dozen international festivals each year where they honor volunteers and the uniqueness of communities.

The team also has the opportunity to volunteer for local Twin Cities organizations and businesses who allow our community to thrive.
