The Alibis are a Lake County-based, folk and acoustic rock cover band committed to putting the "fun" in fundraising. This dynamic ensemble of local musicians has become a staple at Lake County Bar Association, Prairie State Legal Services, Give N Kind and other fundraisers, hence the legal connotation of the band name.

Featuring a foundational string section with violin, guitar, mandolin, & string bass, elevated with multi part vocal harmonies and keyboard. The Alibis bring high-energy acoustic renditions of legendary artists like Fleetwood Mac, Brandi Carlile, & Indigo Girls with original songs mixed in.

Having helped raise money for many legal causes, the band is thrilled to bring their feel-good grooves to this year's Waukegan to College Gala.
