Family Promise of Southern Delaware is pleased to present the Twelve Days of Giving online Auction!

Auction items include a collection of local favorites from the Southern Delaware region. All proceeds will be to directly assist families in Southern Delaware with housing instability.

The Mission of Family Promise of Southern Delaware (FPSDE) is to help low-income families in Sussex County who are facing or at risk of becoming homeless achieve housing stability and sustainable independence. Through our targeted, community-based approach, we assist families facing eviction to navigate community services, by paying back rent, or utility shut-offs. We also enable families to move into their housing from hotel programs and other transitional or temporary situations by providing needed assistance and support, including security deposits and the first month’s rent.

Since our inception in January of 2022, FPSDE has supported 131 families, including a total of 456 individuals – 160 adults and 296 children – to stave off eviction and help families remain housed. Fully 100% of our services are provided to families who are 50% or below our Area Median Income
