Cedar Creek serves individuals with special needs and the at risk community by using horses and humans to improve quality of life. Our equine-assisted therapy program serves over 150 individuals annually. Each spring, summer, and fall, hundreds of community members join Cedar Creek as volunteers, forming a vital part of our therapy team.

We are thrilled to announce a new fundraising event featuring extraordinary saddle art created by local artists. These unique pieces will be available via online auction starting June 1, culminating in our "Art on the Saddle" event on Saturday, June 8.

Equine therapy transforms lives. It is an established treatment method recognized by medical, psychiatric, and social service professionals worldwide. The horse's movement enhances balance, coordination, muscle conditioning, and stamina for those with physical disabilities. For others, the therapy improves communication skills, behavior, emotional health, social skills, and cognitive abilities. Cedar Creek is nationally recognized for its proactive treatment programs that help individuals with physical challenges and emotional needs reach their maximum potential through safe, professional, and ethical interactions with horses.

Cedar Creek is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We do not receive funding from United Way, state, or federal sources; we rely on the generosity of the community to help keep us in the saddle.
