At EthioGBFF, we are committed to breaking the cycle of poverty by empowering young women in Ethiopia through education. This Giving Tuesday, with the help of Givebutter's $5,000 matching grant, we aim to expand scholarships from 10 to 30 girls—empowering 20 more lives.

Our Goal

We’re raising $10,000 to provide scholarships for underprivileged Ethiopian girls pursuing four-year college degrees.

Your investment will provide:

School supplies
Female hygiene products
Transportation costs

Reducing financial stress allows these girls to focus on their education and achieve their dreams.

How We Work

Reliable Monthly Support: Scholarships are directly deposited monthly into students' bank accounts, ensuring dependable funding.
Four-Year Commitment: Scholarships last until girls earn their degree (up to four years), as long as they maintain good academic standing.
Strategic Partnerships: We collaborate with Save the Children and other local organizations to identify the most deserving students.

$40: Invest in two girls for 1 month
$80: Invest in four girls for 1 month
$120: Invest in six girls for 1 month
$240: Invest in 12 girls for 1 month
$960: Invest in 48 girls for 1 month
