As a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization run by volunteers, we:

monitor the colonies for well-being and provide shelter and food for them
obtain veterinary care for sick or injured animals in the colonies
trap, neuter/spay and return cats to prevent reproduction and growth of the colony
help neighbors who wish to care for stray, homeless, community and feral cats in their immediate neighborhoods
educate others on the treatment of stray, homeless, community and feral cats
