Founded in 2018, The Serica Initiative is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the impact of the Asian diaspora in America through storytelling, empowering, and convening.

Through film, cultural programming, and leadership initiatives, Serica brings together artists, scholars, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to explore the evolving narratives of Asian Americans and their contributions to society.

Programs include:

Voices Rising & Documentary series – national broadcast conversations on Asian American leadership
Serica Storytellers – literary and cultural events featuring AAPI authors, producers, translators, photographers, and more
CEO Dinners - In exclusive monthly dinners, we host off-the-record, high level conversations and the opportunity to forge direct connections with top executives in the U.S.-Asia business community.
AAPI Women’s Mentorship Program - Supporting and empower Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) women as they transition from high-performing mid-career managers to confident, effective senior leaders. This program pairs emerging leaders with experienced mentors who provide guidance, strategic insights, and support to help mentees navigate leadership challenges, build their influence and impact, accelerate their career growth and cultivate balance between career and personal life.
